During the last years Unigasket has invested heavily with the aim of offering products with high added value and which comply with the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene particularly required in the medical, food and hi-tech industry.

Inside the ISO 7 certified cleanroom we extrude tubes with high purity fluoropolymers (in particular PFA and FEP) and silicones that are used in the semiconductor industry, pharmaceutical applications, the hydrogen supply chain and the food industry.

Fluoropolymers

In order to meet the highest quality standards required for high-tech, pharmaceutical, medical and food applications, Unigasket produces a range of PFA, FEP and PVDF pipes using special High Purity resins in an ISO 7 certified clean room.

Silicone

Our silicone tubes are resistant to high and low temperatures, offer good resistance to oxidation and have a reduced aging. We have certified food compounds according to FDA and BFR regulations so that we can meet the highest standards in terms of food compatibility.
